January 18, 2010 – 1:35 pm

There seems to be a problem with the recently releases fixpack for Lotus Notes Taveler. The installation stops, because the installer thinks that the installed version:

is not installed.

  2. I know this doesn’t help much, but it worked fine on my server. Just upgraded and can now manage meeting invites from the iPhone. Still testing, but so far so good.

  3. @Tony: Thanks. I will re-install 8.5.1.0 and then give the update another try. Or manually copy the files to the server.

  5. Hi Tony, great to hear about iPhone calendar-invites now supported. Do you know of an official statement on that somewhere? Couldn’t find it in the readme of Traveler 8.5.1 FP1.
    Thanks.

  7. I updated this at a customer site, but still can’t respond to invites from the iPhone (3.1.2). Anyone familiar with additional steps to get this to work? Thanks

  10. Great Markus, thanks. They updated the readme (or there are several versions around) – this wasn’t mentioned in the original.

  11. Hi, Today IBM posted fix to 8.5.1.1 installation.
I was able to upgrade to 8.5.1.1 but may be you should try fixed 8.5.1.1 install first before reinstalling. :)

    best wishes,
