<p>A few days ago, I talked about the &#8220;Disable Export View Data&#8221; feature which is available in Notes 8.0.2 and that there is a technote in which a IBM technote contributor wrote that</p>

<p>This table ( from the IBM Lotus Software Knowledge Base ) lists each of the new Lotus Notes 8 features and whether each requires the Lotus Notes 8 Standard configuration (Eclipse-based interface as opposed to the Lotus Notes 8 &#8220;Basic Configuration&#8221;), a Lotus Notes 8 mail template (MAIL8.ntf), or a Lotus Domino 8 server.</p>

<p>After upgrading a Domino® server to release 8.0x, you may notice that some Desktop Policy settings are unexpectedly being pushed out to the Notes® clients, despite not being configured to do so.<br />
IBM has released two new PUBNAMES.NTF templates to fix the desktop policy.<br />
